The Tribunal is commencing its annual review of fares for taxi services in NSW. The review is being conducted in accordance with Terms of Reference provided by the Premier.
The Tribunal has requested submissions from the NSW Taxi Council, the Transport Workers’ Union, and the NSW Taxi Drivers’ Association by 15 March 2006. The Tribunal also invites submissions from other stakeholders, which must be provided by 13 April 2006.
