Review of compliance with NSW Rail Access undertaking of ARTC's Gap to Turrawan sector for 2012-13 and 2013-14

In accordance with the NSW Rail Access undertaking the Tribunal is reviewing the compliance of Australian Rail Track Corporation - an infrastructure owner - with the NSW Rail Access Undertaking in respect of its non- Hunter Valley rail sector Gap to Turrawan under clause 5(f).
