NSW Rail Access Undertaking - Pursuant to Schedule 6AA of the Transport Administration Act 1988 (NSW)

This access undertaking makes provision for third party access to that part of the NSW rail network which Rail Infrastructure Corporation (RIC) or Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) or Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) is the rail infrastructure owner.
