The Premier has requested that IPART undertake a review into rail access pricing on the Country Regional Network. IPART is requested to investigate and advise the NSW Government on appropriate pricing arrangements for the NSW grain line network.
The terms of reference sets out what we have been requested to do including the matters we are to have regard to in formulating our recommendations.
