This Issues Paper discusses IPART's review of rail access pricing on the grain line network. It outlines the context, terms of reference, principles and timetable for the review, as well as key issues or questions that IPART is likely to consider throughout the review. The Paper has been written to assist stakeholders and members of the public in making submissions to IPART's review. Submissions from stakeholders are due by 24 June 2011.
