Under the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992, the Tribunal determines maximum fares for declared government monopoly passenger transport services provided by RailCorp’s CityRail business.
The Tribunal is conducting a review of the fares to be charged from 1 July 2006.
The Tribunal invites submissions from other stakeholders and interested parties by 29 March 2006. Submissions should address RailCorp’s proposal, which is available on the Tribunal’s website (www.ipart.nsw.gov.au), and the issues set out in Section 15 of the IPART Act which is also available on the Tribunal’s website
