The objective of the Tribunal’s review of pricing of public transport is to establish a framework for the pricing of public transport which will help transport agencies to meet the transport needs of the community. There are strong economic, environmental, and community pressures on the public transport system. By examining those pressures, this report provides a context for the Tribunal’s review.
