This Issues Paper discusses IPART's review of the current method of rent determination for domestic waterfront tenancies in NSW. It outlines the context, terms of reference, principles and timetable for the review, as well as key issues or questions that IPART is likely to consider throughout the review. The Paper has been written to assist stakeholders and members of the public in making submissions to IPART's review. Submissions from the Land and Property Management Authority (now the Department of Primary Industries) and NSW Maritime are due by 29 April, 2011. Submissions from all other stakeholders are due by 27 May, 2011.
