IPART has released an issues paper for our review of price and fee arrangements for government-funded vocational education and training under Smart and Skilled. This issues paper is the first step in our process for conducting this review. It sets out our proposed approach for developing our advice and recommended methodology, and discusses the key issues we will consider. We invite all interested parties to make submissions in response to the issues paper by 3 May 2013.
