This Final Report reviews the fees of the NSW Trustee & Guardian (NSWTG) and makes recommendations to provide a fee structure that is cost-reflective, consistent, transparent and fair. Throughout the report we have identified ways that NSWTG can improve its operations to control its costs, improve its quality of services, become financially sustainable and deliver better value for its clients.
