The Issues Paper for the review of rental arrangements for communication towers on Crown land sets out the approach we are taking for the review and the issues on which we are seeking stakeholder input.

We are seeking comments on the current fee schedule, including definitions of user and location categories, and market rentals for sites. We are also asking for information on sites where rentals could be subject to a negotiation process, rather than set out in the fee schedule.
