We have released an Issues Paper for the review. This paper is the first step in our consultation process and sets out the key issues on which we are seeking stakeholder input. We invite all interested parties to make submissions in response to the issues paper. The paper contains a series of specific questions to help inform our review. People can respond to any or all of the questions or make other comments that they think we should hear. We ask that stakeholders make submissions by 30 June 2014.
