IPART has recommended modifications to the existing fee structures for the fees charged to its clients by the Office of the Protective Commissioner. The modifications are designed to reduce cross-subsidisation between clients and thereby provide a fairer structure of fees. IPART has also recommended that any expected shortfall in funding generated by its recommendations be provided from Government sources.
