The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is assisting the NSW Government with a review of the fees charged by the Office of the Protective Commissioner, under Section 9 of the IPART Act 1992.
As part of the review, IPART has released an Issues Paper and invites submissions from interested parties. The Issues Paper is available from www.ipart.nsw.gov.au or can be obtained by phoning Betty Carter on (02) 9290 8483.
Submissions may be sent via email to opc@ipart.nsw.gov.au.
Submissions should be made by 16 July 2008.
