IPART has released two Case Studies for the Licence Rationale and Design review.
Case Study – Assessment of LPG distribution licence – Application of the Licensing Framework – August 2014
This case study applies the Licensing Framework to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distribution licence. This assessment is only for Stage 1 of the Licensing Framework as we found that the licensing of LPG distributors is not appropriate.
Case Study – Assessment of Hunter Water Corporation operating licence – Application of the Licensing Framework – August 2014
This case study applies the Licensing Framework to the Hunter Water Corporation operating licence. This assessment is for all 4 stages of the Licensing Framework and we found that there is little scope to reform this licence.
