This Draft Report reviews licences in NSW and identifies those where reform would produce the greatest reduction in regulatory burden for business and the community. Our recommended reforms of priority licences are expected to reduce red tape by between $117 and $130 million per year.

The Draft Report discusses our stocktake of licences in NSW and those identified as priorities for reform. It also explains the Licensing Framework and Licensing Guide that regulators can use to review existing or new licences. In addition, the Draft Report identifies a number of other reform opportunities based on our public consultation process and discusses opportunities for ongoing licence reform.
