The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Regulation 2012 (IPART Regulation) will be automatically repealed on 1 September 2017 under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. It is proposed that the IPART Regulation will be remade without amendment.
A Regulatory Impact Statement on the proposal to remake the IPART Regulation without amendment has been prepared for public consultation. Written submissions on the Regulatory Impact Statement are invited and should be submitted by Friday, 9 June 2017.
