The Premier has asked IPART to investigate and report on an appropriate pricing regulation framework for the provision of electronic conveyancing services in NSW in accordance with these Terms of Reference. We sought and received submissions on the draft Terms of Reference and we are currently finalising the Terms of Reference with the Premier.
