The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) today released a
draft report making recommendations to the NSW Government to cut red tape and improve the process of making government regulations and legislation.
IPART CEO Mr. Jim Cox said the recommended package of reforms will benefit business and the wider community and make New South Wales a leader in reducing unnecessary regulatory burdens.
