The NSW Government asked the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal to undertake an overarching review of regulation that affects the NSW community. This Draft Report outlines the Tribunal's draft findings and recommendations. It identifies three broad areas where regulatory reforms can provide gains to business and the community: regulatory process issues, cross-jurisdictional issues, and specific NSW issues. The Tribunal seeks stakeholder comment on its draft findings and recommendations, in addition to other issues relevant to this review.
