The NSW Government asked the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal to undertake an overarching review of regulation that affects the NSW community. This Final Report outlines the Tribunal’s findings and recommendations in relation to three broad areas where regulatory reforms can provide significant gains to business and the community: regulatory process reforms, cross-jurisdictional reforms, and reforms to specific NSW regulations.
