At the request of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council, we placed our assessment of the South Jerrabomberra Contributions Plan (South Jerrabomberra CP) on hold from 21 December 2018.
Council officers subsequently advised IPART that the plan, as submitted to IPART, should be withdrawn from assessment because it is unclear whether the cost of land and works in the plan will remain at an amount that results in contributions above the $30,000 per residential lot or dwelling assessment threshold.
The council may submit a revised version of this plan at a later date.
