Relating to IPART's Draft Report and Determination for the prices for Sydney Water Corporation released 16 March 2012.

IPART has assessed the council’s application against the criteria in the Office of Local Government (OLG) Guidelines. This report sets out our decision, and explains how and why we reached that decision.

This provides an overview of our decisions for our review of the maximum prices that Essential Water can charge for water and wastewater services, and WaterNSW can charge for water transportation services, from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2026.
