The Premier has asked the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (the Tribunal) to recommend pricing principles and indicative fees for development control services. Significant amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act were implemented in July 1998, and it was considered timely to examine the fees associated with development services.
