IPART is responsible for regulating retail gas prices for around a third of residential and small business customers in NSW. We have invited the gas Standard Retailers to propose new pricing agreements for this period, and considered those agreements. We have broadly agreed to each of these proposals, although we have requested some specific changes. This fact sheet sets provides an overview of our draft decisions, and explains how we reached those decisions. It also provides an estimate of the average price increase for 2013/14.
