Explains the draft findings and conclusions of McLennan Magasanik Associate’s review of CEG’s demand forecasts over the proposed access arrangement period. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of CEG’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether CEG’s proposed demand forecasts satisfy the requirements of the Gas Code.
