ECG - Review of Country Energy Gas Access Arrangement For Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal - June 2005

Explains the findings and conclusions of the Energy Consulting Group’s review of CEG’s capital and operating expenditure for the period 1 January 1999 to 30 June 2010. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of CEG’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether CEG’s proposed capital and operating expenditure satisfies the requirements of the Gas Code. Submissions on the report are due close of business Wednesday 6 July 2005.
