Review of CEG access arrangement for IPART (on total costs) - Supplementary Report – Prepared by Energy Consulting Group

Explains the findings and conclusions of the Energy Consulting Group’s review of revised capital and operating expenditure submitted by CEG in response to the Tribunal’s draft decision. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of CEG’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether CEG’s revised capital and operating expenditure satisfies the requirements of the Gas Code.
