Explains the findings and conclusions of the Energy Consulting Group’s review of AGLGN’s capital and operating expenditure for the period 1 January 1999 to 30 June 2010. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of AGLGN’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether AGLGN’s proposed capital and operating expenditure satisfies the requirements of the Gas Code.
