Provides comment on AGLGN’s response to the Tribunal’s draft decision to make part of the Wilton to Wollongong transmission pipeline redundant. The report was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of AGLGN’s gas access arrangement revisions. Its purpose was to assist the Tribunal to form an opinion as to the technical aspects raised by AGLGN on this issue
