Review of AGLGN Response to the Draft Decision for IPART (on total costs) – Prepared by Energy Consulting Group

Explains the findings and conclusions of the Energy Consulting Group’s review of additional capital and operating expenditure submitted by AGLGN in response to the Tribunal’s draft decision on demand forecasts. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of AGLGN’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether AGLGN’s revised capital and operating expenditure satisfies the requirements of the Gas Code.
