Explains the findings and conclusions of McLennan Magasanik Associate’s review of redundant capital on the Wilton to Wollongong transmission pipeline. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s assessment of AGLGN’s gas access arrangement revisions. The purpose of the review is to assist the Tribunal to determine whether there is redundant capital on the Wilton to Wollongong transmission pipeline and if so, how it should be valued.
