Under the national Gas Code, the Tribunal currently regulates 2 NSW gas network companies: AGL Gas Networks (AGLGN) and Country Energy Gas (CEG). CEG’s regulated network serves customers in and around Wagga Wagga. AGLGN’s regulated network serves customers in and around the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Central Tablelands, Central West, Newcastle, Riverina, Southern Highlands, Sydney and Wollongong. AGLGN and CEG have submitted to the Tribunal their proposed revisions to Access Arrangements, which will apply from 1 January 2005 to 30 June 2010.
