AGL Gas Networks response to IPARTs Draft Decision on the Revised Access Arrangement for AGLGN

This sets outs AGLGN's response to the Tribunal's Draft Decision on AGLGN's Revised Access Arrangement for its NSW distribution network, released in December 2004. Out of the 38 amendments required by the Tribunal in its Draft Decision, AGLGN agrees to implement 24 amendments, proposes clarification of 5 amendments, and does not agree to the remaining 9 amendments. The response also sets out revisions that AGLGN considers should be made to some amendments, AGLGN's supporting reasons and additional information on a number of matters that AGLGN believes requires further consideration.
