On 3 January 2003, and pursuant to s3.21 of the Code, the Central Ranges Natural Gas and Telecommunications Association Incorporated (CRNGandTAI) submitted a Tender Approval Request (TAR) to the Tribunal (as regulator of distribution pipelines in NSW) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) (as regulator of transmission pipelines) seeking approval to conduct a competitive tender process in relation to the supply of natural gas to the Central Ranges region of NSW
