The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (Tribunal) has received a proposal from ActewAGL Retail to vary its natural gas miscellaneous charges applying to residential and business customers in the Shoalhaven local government area from 1 July 2003. The customers affected are those using less than 1 TJ of natural gas per annum (equivalent to an annual gas bill of up to about $12,500).
