Final report released on Early Termination Fees

IPART has today released a Final Report for its review of early termination fees. See Media Release.

Our Final Report outlines our final decisions which limit the amount that retailers can charge customers for breaking their electricity supply contracts early. These arrangements will commence on 1 Mach 2014.
