The Minister for Energy has requested that IPART undertake a review and made a new determination for regulated electricity retail tariffs from 1 July 2010 until 30 June 2013. This Issues Paper sets out IPART's preliminary thinking on some of the steps of its proposed approach to this review. It also identifies issues on which it seeks stakeholder comments.
