IPART is responsible for regulating retail electricity prices for around 40% of all residential and small business customers in NSW. This report sets out our draft decisions on those prices for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2016, and explains how we reached those decisions. It specifies the draft average price increases for the first year of this period. It provides an indication of the average price increases for the second and third years, and sets out how we will set those prices closer to the time.
