This Reporting Manual provides minimum reporting requirements for the electricity network operators’ to report incidents. All licensed electricity network operators are required to comply with IPART’s Incident Reporting Manual as a condition of their operating licence. In addition, all other electricity network operators are required to report Serious Electricity Works Accidents that occur on their networks in NSW. Further, IPART expects these network operators to comply with the incident reporting requirements outlined in the Incident Reporting Manual. This Reporting Manual applies to all incidents with an initial report date from 1 January 2019.
