Country Energy provided a revised load forecast to the Tribunal, but it was not received in sufficient time to include in the Tribunal’s draft determination. The Tribunal engaged Frontier Economics to estimate LRMC and market based electricity prices using this revised load forecast and this report sets outs Frontier Economics’ recommendations
