The Tribunal received applications from the Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs), Country Energy, EnergyAustralia and Integral Energy in December 2005 for the Tribunal to approve the pass through to Distribution Customers of costs associated with the introduction of a licence condition - the Design, Reliability and Performance Licence Condition imposed on Distribution Network Service Providers by the Minister for Energy and Utilities dated 1st August 2005 (New Licence Condition).The applications are made under clause 14.1 (a) and clause 15.1 of the Tribunal’s Final Determination for NSW Electricity Distribution Pricing 2004/05 to 2008/09 (Determination). The Tribunal has determined the amounts that the DNSPs may pass through to distribution customers during 2006/07 to 2008/09 as set out in the Statement of Reasons
