Final - Guidelines on the application of the D-factor in the Tribunals 2004 NSW Electricity Distribution Pricing Determination

In December 2004, the Tribunal released draft guidelines on the application of the d-factor in the Tribunal’s 2004 NSW Electricity Distribution Pricing Determination. The Tribunal invited submissions on the draft guidelines and held a workshop in February 2005 and considered the submissions and issues raised in finalising the guidelines.
