The Tribunal has issued this distribution pricing determination and report under the National Electricity Code. As from 1 July 2004 a weighted average price cap will apply to the four NSW distribution network service providers (DNSPs). The determination period is 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2009. The determination itself is provided as a separate document.
