Explains preliminary findings and conclusions of Meritec’s review of the prudence of each NSW DNSP’s past capital and operating expenditure for the period FY1999-2003, the efficiency of each DNSP’s proposed capital and operating expenditures for the period FY2004-2009, and the reasonableness of each DNSP’s growth forecasts for this period. The review was commissioned as part of the Tribunal’s 2004 review of distribution pricing.
