The Tribunal is the jurisdictional regulator with responsibility for approving DLFs proposed by the Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) as per Clause 3.6.3(i) of the National Electricity Code. The Tribunal has received proposals from the following DNSPs: Australian Inland, Country Energy, EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy.
The Tribunal invites stakeholders to make submissions on the DLF proposals. Submissions should be made in writing to the address below by 5pm Friday 18 March 2005.
