This final report and final determination set out and explains our final decisions on changes in regulated electricity retail prices from 1 July 2011. This includes our updated decisions on the total energy cost allowance and the retailer’s applications to pass through costs associated with the changes to the Renewable Energy Target (RET) and the delay of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS).
