For the reasons given below, the Tribunal has decided to approve the proposed Associate Contract, revised to reflect the withdrawal by AGLGN of its application for approval in so far as it related to the 36 sites listed in the Schedule to AGLGN’s letter to the Tribunal dated 8 February 2001.
