The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (the Tribunal) has completed its mid term review of the prices that AGL Retail Energy (AGLRE) can charge its default tariff customers in NSW for natural gas. The prices determined at this review will come into effect on 1 July 2003 and apply for twelve months.
