This is the final decision by the Tribunal on the Access Arrangement submitted by Great Southern Networks (GSN) with respect to the Wagga Wagga natural gas system. IPART has made its assessment according to the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems (the Code). The Tribunal issued its draft decision in September 1998. Following release of that draft decision the Tribunal has considered further submissions from GSN and other interested parties and has held an additional public hearing.
